1. Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday - Saturday). Orders placed before 2:00 PM are generally shipped on the same day. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Sundays or National Holidays.
2. Estimated Delivery Time:
Once dispatched, the standard transit time for delivery across India is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Occasionally, minor delays may happen due to extreme weather conditions or local courier issues.
3. Shipping Cost:
Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you make the payment.
4. Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched from our facility, you will receive a confirmation Email or SMS with the courier tracking details. You can use this tracking number to check the live status of your shipment.
5. Accurate Address Details:
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address, landmark, and a valid PIN code while placing the order to ensure smooth and fast delivery.
